Our Story
MindHyrst was envisioned by Psychological Counsellor, Shani St. Louis. The initial concept aimed to provide accessible mental health resources for international students and grantees living in Berlin. This vision involves offering workshops, engaging activities, food experiences, and informative talks dedicated to raising awareness about mental health challenges commonly faced while living abroad.

MindHyrst aspires not only to provide valuable resources but also to establish a community hub for students and grantees to connect and find support.
In November 2023, we proudly hosted our inaugural Social Wellbeing Event catering specifically to the needs of international students and grantees. Since then, we have been organising more events. As an organisation, we are dedicated to understanding the needs and preferences of international programmes and tailoring our services and resources accordingly to better serve them.
