Shani St.Louis is a Psychological Counsellor and Psychiatric Nurse from The United Kingdom. She has a B.A Honours degree in Psychiatric Nursing; and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Post Graduate from The University of Oxford.
She has over eighteen years of mental health work experience with adults and young people. Her specialist areas are Eating Disorders, Anxiety Disorders (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety) and Depression, Cultural adjustment.

Shani has a passion for working collaboratively with individuals, families and organisations to offer holistic care to her clients. Her eclectic experience ranges from; individual and group therapy to crisis intervention. This experience allows her to offer bespoke care with openness and acceptance. Shani has the ability to offer a non-judgmental and supportive environment for her clients that helps bring about positive change. As a therapist of colour she values cultural competence and offers a safe place for others to reflect, process, heal and grow.
Throughout the pandemic Shani has extended her repertoire to offer online workshops and consultations. Her audience has varied from International Organisations, Universities and Faith Organisations. She is able to curate and deliver outstanding workshops, both informative and interactive for her audience. Additionally, her consultation sessions can be an exceptionally rich and reflective space, where clients can feel connected and always leave with actionable steps forward.
